Kathleen O'Neill Paese

Kathy O’Neill Paese became interim president and chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis on July 13, 2023. Paese has served as the St. Louis Fed's first vice president since January 1, 2021. Under the terms of the Federal Reserve Act, the first vice president of the Bank serves as chief executive officer of the Bank during a vacancy in the office of the president.
